ORDER OF DISMISSAL
On March 14, 2002, the parties to this case filed a Stipulation of Dismissal with this tribunal. Under the Stipulation, the
parties agreed to a voluntary dismissal of this matter without prejudice, with each party bearing its own costs. This
Stipulation was signed by all parties who have participated in this matter. Therefore, pursuant to ALJD Rule 68 (allowing
the South Carolina Rules of Civil Procedure to be applied in proceedings before the Division where necessary) and Rule
41(a)(1)(B), SCRCP,
IT IS HEREBY ORDERED that the above-captioned case is DISMISSED without prejudice.
