ORDERS:
ORDER OF DISMISSAL
On November 22, 1999, the Respondent, South Carolina Department of Health and Environmental Control, Office of Ocean
and Coastal Resource Management, forwarded to the Administrative Law Judge Division a copy of a letter dated November
19, 1999, from Petitioners, Robert and Marilyn Westaway, which was addressed to Mary D. Shahid, Attorney for
Respondent. The Petitioners state in their letter that they wish to withdraw their objection to the permit in the above matter
(P/N# OCRM-99-1039) which was issued to Respondent, John D. Schultze, and that they are also withdrawing their request
for a hearing regarding the issuance of the permit to Mr. Schultze. The copy of the letter from Petitioners, Robert and
Marilyn Westaway, dated November 19, 1999, is incorporated herein by reference.
IT IS THEREFORE ORDERED that the above-captioned case bearing Docket Number 99-ALJ-07-0589-CC is hereby
dismissed.
AND IT IS SO ORDERED.
