ORDERS:
ORDER OF DISMISSAL
This matter is before me pursuant to the Settlement agreement in the above referenced matter filed with the South Carolina
Administrative Law Judge Division (Division) on November 16, 2000.
The undersigned Administrative Law Judge issued a Consent Order to Strike from Docket on July 24, 2000. It was ordered that this
matter be stricken from the docket with right to restore. The parties have reached an agreement for settlement of this case, a copy of
the agreement being attached and made a part hereof.
IT IS HEREBY ORDERED that this matter be restored pursuant to Rule 40(j), SCRCP, for the sole purpose of filing the Settlement
Agreement and this Order of Dismissal.
IT IS FURTHER ORDERED that this matter is dismissed with prejudice.
AND IT IS SO ORDERED.
