ORDERS:
ORDER OF DISMISSAL
This matter is before the South Carolina Administrative Law Judge Division ("Division") for a contested case hearing upon
the request of William and Margaret Kirk ("Petitioners"). In a letter dated November 12, 1999, counsel for Petitioners
notified the Division of their desire to withdraw the request for contested case hearing in the above-captioned matter. The
letter is attached hereto and incorporated as Exhibit A. By virtue of Petitioners' request for the withdrawal, there appears to
be no further controversy for consideration.
THEREFORE, IT IS ORDERED that the above-captioned case matter is hereby DISMISSED.
AND IT IS SO ORDERED.
