ORDERS:
CONSENT ORDER
This matter is before me by consent of all parties for entry of a consent order. This contested case is an
appeal taken by the Petitioner following OCRM's denial of permit application number OCRM-99-231-E to
construct three pedestrian boardwalks and a causeway with culverts on and adjacent to the marshes of
Bohicket Creek adjacent to the St. Johns AME Church at 4244 Betsy Kerrison Drive on Johns Island,
Charleston County, South Carolina. OCRM staff required and requested additional information from the
applicant in order to properly evaluate the proposed project. OCRM's records indicate that this information
was never received.
Following transmittal of the appeal, the Petitioner contacted OCRM to determine what additional information
was needed. The Petitioner has submitted the necessary information. OCRM has determined, upon its
review of the additional information, that the permit should be issued with conditions.
It is therefore, ORDERED, upon motion and consent of both parties, that this appeal is dismissed, and OCRM
is directed to issue permit number OCRM-99-231-E to At Your Service, KSP, Inc. authorizing the construction
of pedestrian boardwalks and a causeway.
AND IT IS SO ORDERED.
