This office received a letter sent to Mr. Rocky Browder of OCRM, dated August 27, 1999, from George L. Chamberlain of
Steadfast Marine Services, Inc., agent for the Petitioner, stating that Ms. Millet is no longer interested in pursuing this
contested case because Sea Pines does not allow roofs on pierheads, the subject of the controversy in this matter. Finding
good cause,
IT IS HEREBY ORDERED that the above-captioned case be dismissed.
