ORDERS:
CONSENT ORDER
This matter is before me by consent of all parties for entry of a consent order. This contested case is an appeal of the
conditional amendment of OCRM permit number OCRM-97-861 for the construction of a roof over a private dock on
McCalley's Creek at 28 Northview Drive near Grays Hill in Beaufort County, South Carolina. The amendment was issued
provided that the pierhead not be enclosed nor screened and the cover over the pierhead be mono-sloped in design and the
roof height not exceed 12' above mean high water.
Upon review of the amendment request, the Department has determined that a "hip roof" is acceptable as shown on the
attachment hereto. Both parties agree that the roof will be constructed to the specifications provided in the original
amendment request. The parties further agree that this agreement shall be binding on the Petitioner's heirs and assigns.
It is therefore, ORDERED that the amendment to OCRM-97-861 is issued with the aforementioned modifications.
AND IT IS SO ORDERED.
