ORDERS:
Consent Order of Dismissal
Prior to the calling of this matter, the parties hereby inform the Court that the case has been resolved between the parties as
follows:
(1) The Respondents' dock will be built within the easement as set forth in Exhibit A.
(2) The Respondents have agreed to provide a quit claim deed to the island in question.
(3) The Petitioners have agreed that in consideration for the conveyance and other agreements in the Perpetual Easement,
that they will dismiss the appeal with prejudice.
Now, subject to the agreements herein, the Court hereby dismisses this action with prejudice.
AND IT IS SO ORDERED.
