ORDERS:
CONSENT ORDER OF SETTLEMENT
This is a Petition for review of a permit issued by SCDHEC - OCRM for the construction of a private dock
on and adjacent to Scott Creek at 3810 Scott Creek Drive on Edisto Beach, Colleton County, South Carolina.
The parties have resolved this matter. In accordance with the terms of their settlement, the parties agree
that Petitioner will withdraw his appeal of the permit, provided the permit is amended to authorize the construction
of an 8' by 15' floating dock to the right side of the existing floating dock. No part of this 8' by 15' float shall extend
beyond Mr. Cox's extended property line. In addition, the request for mooring piling is withdrawn.
Based on this agreement, as evidenced by the signatures below, permit number OCRM-98-477-G is hereby
amended and the appeal is dismissed.
AND IT IS SO ORDERED.
