ORDERS:
ORDER OF DISMISSAL
This matter is before the South Carolina Administrative Law Judge Division ("Division")
for a contested case hearing upon the request of John L. Ott, Jr., ("Petitioner"). In a letter dated
January 7, 1999, and filed on January 12, 1999, Petitioner notified the Division of his desire to
withdraw the request for contested case hearing. The letter is attached hereto and incorporated as
Exhibit A. By virtue of Petitioner's request for the withdrawal of said petition, there appears to be
no further controversy for consideration.
THEREFORE, IT IS ORDERED that the above-captioned case matter is hereby
DISMISSED.
AND IT IS SO ORDERED.
