CONSENT ORDER OF DISMISSAL
This matter involves the appeal of the denial of a permit by the S. C. Department of Health
and Environmental Control, through its Office of Ocean and Coastal Resource Management for the
construction of a private dock at 111 Hibben Street, Mount Pleasant, Charleston County, South
Carolina.
The Petitioner, David Neal, by and through his attorney, Michael A. Molony, withdraws
his appeal of the denial of the permit application in this matter, by way of this Consent Order.
Therefore, based on the consent of all parties as evidenced by their signatures below, the
Petitioner withdraws his appeal of the denial of authorization for construction of a private dock at
111 Hibben Street, Mount Pleasant, South Carolina. Nothing in this consent order shall be
construed as prohibiting David Neal from making a future application for the construction of a
private dock at 111 Hibben Street, Mount Pleasant, South Carolina.
AND IT IS SO ORDERED.
