ORDERS:
ORDER OF DISMISSAL
A letter was filed on August 18, 1998, from Petitioners Joy Trowell and Margaret
Youngblood informing the Court that they wish to withdraw their request for a contested case
hearing in the above matter. Petitioners' letter is incorporated herein by reference.
IT IS THEREFORE ORDERED that issuance of the permit with conditions (P/N
#OCRM-98-920) to Respondent Tom Henry for additions to an existing private dock on and
adjacent to the Beaufort River at 781 Ribaut Road in Beaufort, South Carolina, by the South
Carolina Department of Health and Environmental Control, Bureau of Ocean and Coastal
Resource Management, is upheld.
IT IS FURTHER ORDERED that the above-captioned case bearing Docket Number
98-ALJ-07-0474-CC is hereby dismissed.
AND IT IS SO ORDERED.
