CONSENT ORDER OF DISMISSAL
This matter is before the Court pursuant to a Petition for Review filed by the Petitioners,
seeking review of permit number 97-ID-298-P issued to Dominion Trust on June 10, 1998. Pursuant
to the OCRM Public Notice, attached hereto as Exhibit A, Respondent Dominion Trust, LLC has
withdrawn its application, and the permit which is the subject of this appeal has been canceled.
Therefore, all parties seek a dismissal of this appeal.
This Consent Order has been provided to the Court by the parties and represents their
agreement that:
1. Respondent, Dominion Trust, LLC, has withdrawn their permit.
2. The permit issued to Dominion Trust, LLC, P/N #97-ID-298-P is canceled.
THEREFORE, with the consent of the parties, it is hereby ORDERED that Docket Number
98-ALJ-07-0454-CC is hereby dismissed.
AND IT IS SO ORDERED.
