ORDERS:
ORDER OF DISMISSAL
This matter is before me at the request of Mr. James S. Chandler, Jr., attorney for the
Petitioners, by his Motion to Dismiss dated August 7, 1998. Mr. Smith states in his Motion
that the Petitioners are withdrawing their petitions for administrative review. They therefore
ask for a dismissal of this proceeding without prejudice to Petitioners right to challenge any
other regulator approval required for this mining project. All parties consent to the dismissal.
Finding good cause,
IT IS HEREBY ORDERED that the above-captioned case be dismissed without
prejudice.
