ORDERS:
ORDER OF DISMISSAL
This matter is before the Administrative Law Judge Division ("Division") for a contested
case hearing upon the request of J. Kirkland Grant ("Petitioner"). In a letter from Petitioner, dated
July 1, 1998, and addressed to counsel for South Carolina Department of Health and Environmental
Control, Bureau of Ocean and Coastal Resource Management ("Respondent"), Petitioner notified
the Division of its desire to withdraw the request for contested case hearing. The letter is attached
hereto and incorporated as Exhibit A. By the withdrawal of said petition, there appears to be no
further controversy for consideration.
THEREFORE, IT IS ORDERED that the above-captioned case matter is hereby
DISMISSED.
