ORDERS:
CONSENT ORDER OF DISMISSAL
THIS MATTER came before me upon the motion of the Defendant, David Carson
Gressette, by and through his undersigned attorney and with the consent of the Defendant South
Carolina Department of Health and Environmental Control, Bureau of Ocean and Coastal
Resource Management and the Plaintiff, John D. Gregory for an order dismissing the above-captioned matter based on the changes following changes being made to OCRM Permit Number
OCRM-97-086-E:
1. Under Description of the Project, change the second sentence to read as follows,
"The purpose of the proposed activity is to meet fire code requirements and safety
standards by providing a safer alternative to the existing exit and to provide a
waiting area for restaurant customers."
2. Under Special Conditions, add and adjust numbering so number 3 reads,
"Provided the new emergency exit will be used only for emergency ingress and
egress.
Therefore, it is,
ORDERED, ADJUDGED AND DECREED that the above-captioned matter shall be
and hereby is dismissed.
