ORDER OF DISMISSAL
The above-captioned matter is scheduled to be heard by the Administrative Law Judge
Division on Friday, June 5, 1998, in Charleston, South Carolina. This office received a letter
dated May 21, 1998, from Mr. Robert B. Hennessy, Petitioner in this case. Mr. Hennessy
states in his letter that he is withdrawing his appeal of OCRM's issuance of a permit with
conditions to Mr. and Mrs. David Barwick for a private dock at Lot 18 S. Oak Forest Drive,
Beaufort County, South Carolina. As the parties no longer require a hearing on this matter,
IT IS HEREBY ORDERED that this matter be Dismissed with Prejudice.
AND IT IS SO ORDERED.
