ORDERS:
ORDER OF DISMISSAL
In this matter, this tribunal received a letter dated February 12, 1998, with attachments,
from Willaim P. Partenheimer, secretary of Fishing Creek Resorts Property Owners Association.
Petitioner advised this tribunal that it does not wish to contest the Respondent's denial of Permit,
P/N# 97-1T-060-P, for the construction of an embankment across a canal connecting to Fishing
Creek. Moreover, Petitioner advised this tribunal that it also opposes the permit. Petitioner's
letter and the attachments thereto, filed with this tribunal on February 12, 1998, are incorporated
by reference.
IT IS THEREFORE ORDERED that this matter is dismissed with prejudice.
AND IT IS SO ORDERED.
