ORDERS:
CONSENT ORDER OF DISMISSAL
This matter is before the Court pursuant to a Petition for Review filed by Michael C. Hunt seeking review of
permit number OCRM 97-343-G, issued to Brad Grossman on October 8, 1997. Prior to a hearing on the merits, the
parties notified the Court that the Petitioner has requested that the case be dismissed in that the Petitioner has
received a dock permit and been given written permission by OCRM to begin construction of his dock thereby
eliminating the conflict with Mr. Grossman's dock. No motions to intervene were filed.
Therefore, with the consent of the parties, it is hereby ORDERED that Docket Number 97-ALJ-07-0664-CC
is dismissed.
AND IT IS SO ORDERED.
