ORDERS:
ORDER OF DISMISSAL
In the above-referenced matter, the Town of Mount Pleasant has filed a Motion for Dismissal
evidencing a vote on May 19, 1998 by the Mayor and Town Council not to pursue OCRM Critical
Area Permit No. 97-1B-012-C and the application and appeal pertaining thereto. This Motion also
includes the consent of all parties in this matter.
IT IS THEREFORE ORDERED that OCRM Critical Area Permit No. 97-1B-012-C issued
on September 23, 1997 to the Town of Mount Pleasant for a walkway and pierhead in and around
Shem Creek is hereby revoked.
IT IS FURTHER ORDERED that the appeal of the Town of Mount Pleasant is dismissed
with prejudice.
AND IT IS SO ORDERED.
