ORDERS:
Stipulation of Dismissal with Prejudice
It Appears, OCRM permit number 97-188-H was issued on June 26, 1997, to Horry County.
It Appears, the Petitioners objected to the issuance of the permit and, subsequently, appealed
the issuance of the permit.
It Appears, the parties desire to settle all disputes which have arisen in connection with the
appeal as filed, and the appeal has been settled and compromised between the parties.
Therefore, upon Motion of the undersigned attorney for the Petitioners, and with the consent
of the undersigned attorneys for the Respondents, it is hereby ordered the appeal, inclusive of all
claims, be and hereby dismissed with prejudice.
