Charleston, South Carolina. This office received a letter dated January 23, 1998, from Julie
Hensley stating that she and Allen Kinter, Petitioners in the above case, no longer wish to
appeal this matter as they are currently working with the Respondent to reach a satisfactory
resolution. Finding good cause,
