ORDERS:
ORDER OF REMAND
Pursuant to the Order of The Honorable Diane S. Goodstein, Circuit Court Judge, filed on July 12, 2000, in Charleston County, these
matters are hereby remanded to OCRM so that "OCRM [may] review the placement of the constructed dock to determine if it
impedes navigation in violation of the law governing the construction of docks within the coastal zone. OCRM shall make a
conclusion as to the dock's impacts on navigation and each party shall retain the right to seek an appeal before the Administrative
Law Judge Division on the sole issue of navigation."
AND IT IS SO ORDERED.
