ORDER OF DISMISSAL
On September 13, 2003, the Petitioner filed a letter with the Administrative Law Judge
Division withdrawing his appeal in this matter.
IT IS THEREFORE ORDERED that this matter is dismissed with prejudice, and the
hearing scheduled for September 24, 2003 is cancelled.
