ORDER OF DISMISSAL
This matter is before me at the request of Christopher McG. Holmes, Attorney for
Petitioner, by letter filed with the Court on October 1, 1997. The contested case hearing in this
matter commenced on August 21, 1997, at the Charleston County Courthouse. By consent of the
parties and order of this Court, the hearing was suspended in recess while the parties attempted
settlement and resolution of the case. Petitioner, by his letter through counsel, now seeks to
withdraw his request for a contested case hearing and consents to dismissal of the action.
IT IS THEREFORE ORDERED that the above-captioned case bearing Docket Number
97-ALJ-07-0137-CC is hereby dismissed.
AND IT IS SO ORDERED.
