ORDERS:
ORDER OF DISMISSAL
The Court received a letter on May 27, 1997, from Petitioners Richard G. Cashwell and
Suzanne S. Cashwell informing the Court that they wish to withdraw their request for a contested
case hearing in the above matter. A hearing on the merits is scheduled for June 3, 1997, at 9:00
a.m. in Charleston, South Carolina.
IT IS THEREFORE ORDERED that the South Carolina Department of Health and
Environmental Control, Bureau of Ocean and Coastal Resource Management, shall issue to
Respondent Clifford J. Bernard the amendment to OCRM Permit #CC-94-802 as proposed.
IT IS FURTHER ORDERED that the above-captioned case bearing Docket Number
97-ALJ-07-0051-CC is hereby dismissed, and the hearing in this matter scheduled for June 3,
1997, at 9:00 a.m. is cancelled.
AND IT IS SO ORDERED.
