It appearing to the Court that the Petitioners have withdrawn their opposition to the permit
sought by Respondent Thomas V. Readen, now on Motion of Benjamin Goldberg, Attorney for
Respondent Thomas V. Readen and by and with the consent of Christopher McG. Holmes,
Attorney for the Petitioners and John P. Kassebeaum, II, Attorney for S. C. Department of Health
and Environmental Control Office of Ocean and Coastal Resource Management, it is hereby,
ORDERED that the S. C. Department of Health and Environmental Control Office of Ocean and
Coastal Resource Management be, and it is, hereby authorized to issue the permit herein involved
to Thomas V. Readen.
AND, IT IS SO ORDERED.
