ORDER GRANTING MOTION FOR LEAVE TO INTERVENE

This matter is before me on motion of James S. Chandler, Jr., Attorney for South Carolina Coastal Conservation League, South Carolina Wildlife Federation, Colden R. Battey, Jr., and Patricia Battey, dated January 31, 1996, for leave to intervene as parties in the above-captioned case pursuant to ALJD Rule 20. ALJD Rule 19(A) provides that any party may file a written response to the motion within ten days; however, no response was filed with the Court.

IT IS THEREFORE ORDERED that the South Carolina Coastal Conservation League, South Carolina Wildlife Federation, Colden R. Battey, Jr., and Patricia Battey are hereby granted leave to intervene as parties in the above matter.

IT IS FURTHER ORDERED that the Intervenors shall file a Prehearing Statement in response to my Order of January 30, 1996, on or before March 8, 1996. Additionally, the parties shall serve on the Intervenors copies of all documents in the above matter which have been filed with the Administrative Law Judge Division to date.

AND IT IS SO ORDERED.
