ORDERS:
CONSENT ORDER OF DISMISSAL
THIS MATTER comes before this Court upon motion of the Petitioner for an Order dismissing
this action with prejudice.
IT HAVING been made to appear that the Petitioner Laurel Hill Plantation no longer wishes to
pursue an appeal of the denial of permit number 92-3T-025-P and the Respondent and
Intervenors consent to a dismissal of this action with prejudice.
THEREFORE, upon motion of the Petitioner and with the consent of the parties, it is
ORDERED that the decision of the Office of Ocean and Coastal Resource Management to deny
permit number 92-3T-025-P shall be final agency action in this matter; and this action shall be and
hereby is, dismissed with prejudice.
AND IT IS SO ORDERED.
