ORDERS:
ORDER
The above-entitled case is pending before the Administrative Law Judge Division. It appears that
the Petitioner wishes to withdraw his request for a contested case hearing pursuant to the
attached letter dated November 8, 1995. Now therefore, by motion of Petitioner, it is hereby
ORDERED that the above-captioned case be and hereby is dismissed.
