ORDERS:
ORDER
This matter is pending before the Administrative Law Judge Division pursuant to an appeal by the
Petitioner, Wyn M. Knell, concerning the question of ownership and right of access to the
community dock at The Pointe located in Charleston, South Carolina.
This office has been informed by Christopher McG. Holmes, attorney for the Petitioner, pursuant
to a letter dated December 11, 1995, that this matter has now been resolved favorably and the
need for a contested case hearing no longer exists. Therefore, he requests that the hearing be
cancelled.
IT IS THEREFORE ORDERED that the above matter be dismissed.
