ORDERS:
ORDER OF DISMISSAL
In this matter, a hearing was scheduled for Friday, August 18, 1995, at 10:00 a.m. at the
Administrative Law Judge Division, Columbia, South Carolina. By letter dated July 27, 1995,
petitioner advised this tribunal that he wished to withdraw his protest. The petitioner initially
protested the respondent's, Department of Health and Environmental Control, issuance of an
amendment to permit # 91-3D-185-P for the construction of a boat lift adjacent to Lot 7, Bakers
Landing Drive in Bakers Landing Subdivision, North Charleston, Dorchester County, South
Carolina. Because petitioner withdrew his protest and is no longer pursuing his interests in this
case, a hearing is not necessary.
IT IS THEREFORE ORDERED that the hearing scheduled for Friday, August 18, 1995, at
10:00 a.m. is hereby canceled and this matter is dismissed.
AND IT IS SO ORDERED.
