ORDERS:
ORDER
Upon the Motion of the parties hereto, it is hereby ordered that Respondent South Carolina Department of Health
and Environmental Control, Office of Ocean and Coastal Resource Management shall issue to Petitioner Michael W.
Zervos a permit to construct:
An 8' by 16' covered pierhead and a 12' by 12' boatlift attached to
Petitioner's existing walkway and floating dock. Pierhead is to be
constructed adjacent to and flood side of the existing walkway.
Boatlift is to be constructed adjacent to and on the flood side of the
existing floating dock.
This action is hereby dismissed with prejudice.
