ORDER OF DISMISSAL
By motion filed on March 11, 2002, Petitioner South Carolina Coastal Conservation League moved for the dismissal of this
case with the consent of Respondent South Carolina Department of Health and Environmental Control, Office of Ocean
and Coastal Resource Management, and Respondent South Carolina Department of Transportation. The parties indicate
that they have reached a settlement of this matter to the satisfaction of all parties. Therefore, as there are no justiciable
issues remaining in controversy,
IT IS HEREBY ORDERED that the hearing of this case scheduled for Tuesday, April 30, 2002 through Thursday, May 2,
2002, is canceled.
IT IS FURTHER ORDERED that this case is DISMISSED with prejudice.
AND IT IS SO ORDERED.
