ORDERS:
ORDER OF DISMISSAL
This matter is before the Administrative Law Judge Division pursuant
to an Agency Transmittal Form filed September 14, 2001. Petitioner filed
a request for a contested case hearing regarding the Department's conditional
issuance of a permit to John Borden for the construction of a private dock
and erosion control device at 2870 Bohicket Road on Johns Island, Charleston
County. By letter dated October 1, 2001, Petitioner indicated he wished
to withdraw his request for a hearing.
IT IS HEREBY ORDERED that this case is dismissed.
AND IT IS SO ORDERED.
