These matters are currently pending before the South Carolina Law Judge Division. It appearing that the
facts, circumstances, and issues are common to all of the cases, it is hereby ORDERED that these matters are
consolidated into one contested case.
IT IS FURTHER ORDERED that the caption in this matter will read "Cindi Anne Solomon, Mel Price and
Joe Mueller vs. South Carolina Department of Health and Environmental Control, Office of Ocean and
Coastal Resource Management and P.O. Mead," and shall bear the Docket No. 01-ALJ-07-0367-CC.
