ORDERS:
ORDER DENYING PETITIONERS' MOTION FOR RECONSIDERATION
On May 29, 2002, Petitioners Price and Mueller filed a Motion for Reconsideration of the Order Granting Respondents'
Motion to Dismiss issued in this case on April 30, 2002. Pursuant to ALJD Rule 29 (D)(1), "[W]ithin ten (10) days after
notice of the order concluding the matter before the administrative law judge, a party may move for reconsideration of the
decision,...."
The order was mailed to the parties on April 30, 2002. Allowing five (5) days for mailing of the order as designated by
ALJD Rule 3 (C), Petitioners were deemed to have received the dismissal order on May 5, 2002. Therefore, Petitioners
should have filed the Motion for Reconsideration on or before May 15, 2002. Being that it was not filed on or before that
date, the motion was not timely filed and this Division no longer has jurisdiction of this matter.
THEREFORE, the Motion for Reconsideration is DENIED.
