appears that all of the other parties consent to the Motion. It appears that the parties hereto have reached a settlement of the
issues set forth in the Appeal of the Petitioners. Accordingly, on the Motion of the Wexford Plantation Home Owners'
Assocation, Inc., and with consent of all other parties hereto, this matter is hereby dismissed and forever ended, with
prejudice.
