ORDER OF DISMISSAL
This matter is before the Administrative Law Judge Division pursuant to an Agency Transmittal Form filed
July 30, 2001. Petitioners filed a request for a contested case hearing regarding the Department's conditional
issuance of a permit to Greg Dyson to construct a private dock on the Whale Branch River at Lot 15, Browns
Island in Beaufort County, South Carolina. By letter dated August 29, 2001, Petitioners indicate they wish to
withdraw their request for a hearing.
IT IS HEREBY ORDERED that this case is dismissed.
AND IT IS SO ORDERED.
