ORDERS:
ORDER
Upon the Motion of the parties hereto, it is hereby ordered that Respondent South Carolina Department of Health and
Environmental Control, Office of Ocean and Coastal Resource Management shall issue to Petitioner Harriette Hardman a
permit to construct the following at 542 Marshgrass Boulevard, Mount Pleasant, South Carolina:
A private dock with a 4' by 632' walkway leading to a 12' by 12' fixed
pierhead. Ebbside a 3' by 16' ramp will access a 10' by 16' floating
dock. Floodside, a 14' by 20' boatlift will be constructed. This
structure is shown in Exhibit A, attached.
This action is hereby dismissed with prejudice.
