ORDERS:
ORDER DENYING MOTION FOR RECONSIDERATION OF SOUTH CAROLINA DEPARTMENT OF HEALTH AND ENVIRONMENTAL CONTROL, OFFICE OF OCEAN AND COASTAL RESOURCE MANAGEMENT
The South Carolina Department of Health and Environmental Control, Office of Ocean and Coastal Resource Management
(OCRM) filed a Motion for Reconsideration of the November 16, 2001, Final Order and Decision previously issued in this
case. The OCRM motion is filed in support of the Motion for Reconsideration previously filed by Petitioner, Richard L.
Embry (Embry) and Intervenor, Richard M. Sasnett, D.D.S. (Sasnett).
OCRM's Motion is denied since the Motion filed by Embry and Sasnett is denied in a separate order dated December 5,
2001. Further, a copy of the December 5, 2001, Embry and Sasnett order is attached and incorporated herein as fully as if
its language were restated here verbatim.
