ORDERS:
CONSENT ORDER OF SETTLEMENT AND DISMISSAL
This matter comes before the Court upon the joint Motion of Chester C. Williams, Esquire, attorney for
Respondent Calibogue Cay Dredging Association ("Calibogue"), and Grahame E. Holmes, Esquire, attorney
for Petitioner John P. Aulenti.
Petitioner and Calibogue have agreed to settle this Action on the terms and conditions set forth in that certain
Settlement Agreement, which was entered in connection with the settlement of the Action and is incorporated
by reference into this Consent Order, and all Motions to Intervene in the Action have been withdrawn.
Accordingly, upon the joint Motion of Chester C. Williams, Esquire, Grahame E. Holmes, Esquire, and Mary
Shahid, Esquire,
IT IS ORDERED, ADJUDGED AND DECREED that this action be dismissed with prejudice upon the
settlement and dismissal of that certain action captioned above in the Administrative Law Judge Division of
South Carolina.
