ORDERS:
ORDER DENYING PETITIONERS' MOTION FOR RECONSIDERATION
This matter was dismissed by my Order Granting Respondents' Motion to Dismiss on August 27, 2001, for lack of
standing on the part of the Petitioners. On September 7, 2001, the Petitioners filed a Motion for Reconsideration pursuant
to ALJD Rule 29 (D).
After careful consideration of the file in this matter, I see no reason to reverse the dismissal order. All of the issues in the
Motion for Reconsideration were considered by the undersigned judge at the time of the dismissal order.
THEREFORE, IT IS HEREBY ORDERED that the Petitioners' Motion for Reconsideration is DENIED.
AND IT IS SO ORDERED.
