ORDERS:
CONSENT ORDER OF DISMISSAL
IT IS HEREBY ORDERED that this matter be, and same hereby is, dismissed. This dismissal shall be with
prejudice as to the permit on appeal in this case, but without prejudice to Petitioners' rights to contest any
other permit application for the property involved in this case, and the parties stipulate that dismissal of this
appeal shall not be used against the Petitioners in any future permitting matter.
AND IT IS SO ORDERED.
