ORDERS:
ORDER OF DISMISSAL
This matter is currently before the South Carolina Administrative Law Judge Division. The
Respondent, Thomas Rodwell, has informed the Court that he is withdrawing his dock application. On
May 7, 2001, the South Carolina Department of Health and Environmental Control, Office of Ocean
and Coastal Resource Management filed a Motion to Dismiss. For good cause shown, it is hereby
ORDERED that this matter is DISMISSED WITHOUT PREJUDICE.
IT IS FURTHER ORDERED that if the Respondent does file another application, the Petitioners will
be allowed to comment and their rights to appeal are not forfeited.
AND IT IS SO ORDERED.
