ORDER OF DISMISSAL
On August 15, 2003, the Court was notified by Jeffrey J. Galan, Attorney for Respondent,
that he was withdrawing his appeal on behalf of his client, which will allow the Department’s’s final
determinations to stand. There being no further controversy,
