ORDERS:

CONSENT ORDER FOR STAY OF APPEAL

The parties have requested a ninety (90) day stay of this appeal pending resolution of certain issues and to allow for scheduling of depositions following resolution of those issues. The Court believes the interests of efficient justice will be served by allowing such a stay. Therefore, it is ORDERED that this appeal shall be stayed for a period not to exceed ninety (90) days from the date of this ORDER, and that at the expiration thereof, if not otherwise amended, the terms of the Scheduling Order in this appeal shall resume for the purpose of completing the tasks outlined thereof.
