ORDERS:
ORDER OF DISMISSAL
Hearing in the above-captioned matter is scheduled for March 20, 1996, at 2:00 p.m. The
protest to the applications for an on-premises beer and wine permit and business sale and
consumption license in this matter has been withdrawn. The Court received a copy of a letter to
the South Carolina Department of Revenue and Taxation dated February 12, 1996, from the sole
protestant in this matter, Pastor David L. Cox of First Southern Methodist Church. Pastor Cox
indicates that he wishes to withdraw his protest to the issuance of a license to Algie K. Allen to
sell alcoholic beverages.
IT IS THEREFORE ORDERED that the hearing scheduled for March 20, 1996, at 2:00
p.m. is cancelled.
IT IS FURTHER ORDERED that the South Carolina Department of Revenue and
Taxation issue the beer and wine permit and business sale and consumption license applied for
upon Petitioner's payment of the prescribed fee and bond.
IT IS FURTHER ORDERED that the above-captioned case bearing Docket Number
96-ALJ-17-0070-CC is dismissed.
AND IT IS SO ORDERED.
