ORDERS:
ORDER
This matter is before me pursuant to S.C. Code Ann. § 1-23-310, et seq. (Supp. 1994) for a
hearing pursuant to the application of John W. Casey, Entertainment, Inc., d/b/a Entertainment. The
applicant seeks an on-premises beer and wine permit (AI 105305) and a business sale and
consumption license (AI 105306) for a location in Richland County, South Carolina.
The sole protestant of record, Joyce L. Traylor, has withdrawn her protest pursuant to the
attached letter dated November 21, 1995. Therefore, there is no opposition of record to the
Petitioner's application. Accordingly, it is hereby
ORDERED that this matter is dismissed, and
IT IS FURTHER ORDERED that the Department of Revenue and Taxation continue to
process the application of John W. Casey, Entertainment, Inc., d/b/a Entertainment for an on-premises beer and wine permit and business sale and consumption license in Richland County, South
Carolina.
AND IT IS SO ORDERED.
