ORDERS:
ORDER OF DISMISSAL
This case is scheduled for a hearing on January 10, 1996. The Petitioner, Randy Williams,
informed our office in a letter dated November 9, 1995, that he no longer seeks a beer and wine
permit for the above location. Since he is withdrawing his request for a permit,
IT IS THEREFORE ORDERED that this case be dismissed.
